常见问题 FAQ

 

Q: 如何报名该澳洲健身课程?

A: 与教练确认开课时间和席位后,完成付款后,即完成报名。

 

Q: 什么样的人群不适合参加?

A: 以下人群不适合参加:孕妇、产妇 (顺产后不足6个月,剖腹产后不足1年), 有心血管疾病者,有其他伤病 (医生不建议参与剧烈锻炼者),未满18岁(已满16岁并有家长随同监督除外)。

 

Q: 我身体有伤,能否参加?

A: 如果您身体有不同程度的伤痛,请您通过微信与教练联系:fitness0218。教练会与您确认您是否可以参加该澳洲健身课程。训练中请遵照教练指导,穿着运动服和鞋子,避免受伤。

 

Q: 十周挑战,每个班多少人?

A: 为了保证客户体验,我们严格控制人数,十周挑战每一个班12人左右,每一期会开2-4个班。

 

Q: 十周挑战的教练有华人么?

A: 是的,十周挑战的教练Chloe Cui是2016年南澳州的健美冠军,她打破了该项目无华人教练夺冠的记录,是澳洲华人的骄傲。除了Chloe,还有擅长Hiit训练的Mark教练,以及负责督导的教练。

 

Q: 关于补课?

A: 训练营仅给因回国,出差等情况缺课的学员进行补课(需出示机票)。在十周挑战期间,因生病,加班,有事,女性生理期等因素导致的缺课,不在补课范围之内。

 

Q: 最多可以补多少节课?

A: 每一期十周挑战最多可以补4节课。补课会在下一期的“十周挑战”中安排。

 

Q: 关于退款?

A: 距离训练营开始超过三天,用户申请退款,训练营不扣除任何费用。距离训练营开始不足三天,用户申请退款,挑战者训练营需要扣除30%报名费用。训练营开始后,不支持退款。不支持转让课程给其他人。

 

Q: 其他考虑退款的情况。

A: 学员因怀孕,意外伤手术等不可抗因素导致的课程中断(需出具医生证明),学员如果想继续课程,可以暂停课程直至康复;学员如需退款,挑战者训练营可以退回所有未进行课程的费用 (每节训练课按$20计算)。

 

Q: 在我选择了课程时间后,在课程进行的过程中,能否调换?

A: 因为每一个班都有严格的人数限定,不能调换。

 

Q: 十周挑战中发放的衣服,礼品,我是否可以不要?

A: 可以。但是客户不能因此折价索要钱款。同样,线下健身计划的进行中,没有任何额外的必要花费。

 

Q: 十周挑战是户外和室内相结合的,为什么?

A: 澳洲的自然环境非常好。澳洲的各个城市又都是名列前茅的世界宜居城市(例如墨尔本No.1 阿德莱德No.5 悉尼No.6),户外训练能让学员更好得放松身心,增加进氧量,加速脂肪燃烧。健身房室内训练可以使用更多器材。两者结合,不仅符合澳洲特点,且能极大得提升客户体验。阿德莱德健身房的地址是:13 Shannon Pl, Adelaide, 5000;室外训练场地地址是位于South Terrace, Adelaide SA 5000 的Princess Elizabeth Playground。都在城市中心,且附近有大量免费停车位,给予学员最大便利

 

Q: 什么是Early Bird 早起鸟报名送的礼物?

A: 在每一期招生是,训练营都会设置早起鸟报名的截止时间。一般为开课前1个星期。在早起鸟报名截止时间前报名可以获得相应的礼物,比如蛋白粉礼包,棒球帽,运动手环等。欢迎报名时咨询,客服微信:fitness0218

 

Q: 如果和朋友一起加入,有优惠么?

A: 有!如果三人一起加入,每人均可以额外获赠一个价值$79的CHALLENGER™ 蓝牙体脂称。

 

Q: 我可以购买额外的私教服务么?

A: 可以的,可以咨询教练,根据自己的需求,进行购买

 

Q: 如果训练营又开设了新的训练课程,比如瑜伽,武术,泰拳,Zumba等健身教程时,我能否参加呢?

A: 可以。已经成为挑战者训练营的学员报名其他教程

 

Q: 空腹健身是否有问题?

A: 不要空腹参加训练,建议饭后至少1小时开始训练。如果没吃早饭,可以吃一个香蕉等易消化的食物。

Having said that, the classes are well organised and specific target on the goal sets for each group, the PT is very responsible, not only during the classes, but also follow up with homework each day.     参加训练营三个星期了,能明显感觉到自己的变化。从刚开始跑几步就喘得的厉害到现在跑完也没有明显感觉到累。全身各部分都锻炼到了,这是自己平时自己练很难做到的。训练强度也正合适,循序渐进,一周两次,每次一小时,很适合平时没时间锻炼的上班族。十周结束后会考虑办个年卡继续练!

    I am a pastry chef, has to work with lots of sweet and dessert goods. Before I join 10 week challenge, I was 82kg, and having bad lifestyle, not eating properly, junk food and soft drinks. The first 2 weeks I was on the challenge was the hardest part in the whole entire challenge, but it doesnt stop me there, because I started to feel the result really quickly, My lifestyle change, it affect my mood too, I feel much happier than before, then slowly I can see the result on my weight, it’s just dropping every week. Now I’m at 73kg after 10 weeks! So never give up! Push yourself! And this challenge giving you an excuse to push yourself harder! Thank you guys!!!!
